Welcome to Renuox Oil! The terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Renuox Oil, a company incorporated under the laws of Ontario, Canada. Renuox Oil operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”), powered by Shopify, to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Services and constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Renuox Oil. By accessing, browsing, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy [LINK]. If you do not agree to these Terms or the Privacy Policy, you must not access or use the Services.

These Terms are drafted to comply with the laws of Ontario, Canada, and are structured to protect the interests of Renuox Oil to the fullest extent permitted by law.

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 19, the age of majority in Ontario, Canada, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. You may permit minor dependents to use the Services on devices you own or manage, provided you assume full responsibility for their compliance with these Terms.

To access certain features of the Services, such as purchasing products, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your email address, billing, payment, and shipping details. You warrant that all information provided is true, accurate, and lawful, and that you have the right to provide such information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to any other person or entity without our prior written consent, which we may withhold at our sole discretion.

We reserve the right to suspend, disable, or terminate your account at any time, without notice, for any reason, including suspected misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

We strive to accurately represent our products in the Services, but we do not guarantee that product images, colors, or appearances will match the actual product due to variations in devices, settings, or lighting. All product descriptions, specifications, and images are provided for illustrative purposes only and are subject to change or discontinuation at our sole discretion without notice.

We make no warranties that the quality, appearance, or functionality of products will meet your expectations. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse sales to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction, or discontinue any product at any time, without liability.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase, which Renuox Oil may accept or reject at its sole discretion. An order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance in writing (e.g., via order confirmation email) and process your payment in full. We may refuse, modify, or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or non-compliance with these Terms. We will attempt to notify you of such actions using the contact information provided at the time of order, but we are not obligated to do so.

You agree that all purchases are for personal or household use only and not for commercial resale, export, or distribution. All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy [LINK], which imposes strict conditions on returns and exchanges. We do not guarantee the ability to cancel or modify orders once submitted.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING

All prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice and are valid only at the time an order is placed. Prices displayed exclude taxes, shipping, handling, customs, or import charges unless expressly stated. You are responsible for all applicable taxes and fees, which will be added at checkout.

We may offer promotions with separate terms, which will govern in case of conflict with these Terms. Prices in our online store may differ from those in physical stores or third-party platforms, and we are not obligated to match prices.

You warrant that: (i) all payment information provided is accurate, complete, and current; (ii) you are authorized to use the provided payment method; (iii) charges incurred will be honored by your payment provider; and (iv) you will pay all charges, including taxes and shipping fees, at the time of purchase. Failure to provide accurate payment information or honor charges may result in order cancellation or account termination without notice.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

All delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Renuox Oil is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processes, or events beyond our control (e.g., weather, strikes, or force majeure). Once products are transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you. You are responsible for filing claims with the carrier for lost or damaged shipments. We reserve the right to select the shipping method and carrier at our discretion.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content within the Services, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, text, images, graphics, product reviews, videos, and audio, is owned by Renuox Oil, its affiliates, or licensors and is protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, display, perform, or create derivative works of any content without our prior written consent. Unauthorized use may violate intellectual property laws, and we reserve the right to pursue legal action. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Renuox Oil.

SECTION 7 - OPTIONAL TOOLS

The Services may include third-party tools provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties or endorsements. Your use of such tools is at your sole risk, and you are responsible for reviewing and agreeing to the third-party provider’s terms. We are not liable for any issues arising from your use of third-party tools.

SECTION 9 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Renuox Oil is powered by Shopify, which provides the platform for the Services. All sales are made directly with Renuox Oil, and Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of your transactions, including any injury, loss, or damage. You release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the Services or purchases from Renuox Oil.

SECTION 10 - PRIVACY POLICY

Your personal information is subject to our Privacy Policy [LINK] and, where applicable, Shopify’s Privacy Policy [LINK]. By using the Services, you consent to the collection, processing, and sharing of your information as described therein. Shopify and third-party partners may process your data in jurisdictions outside Ontario, Canada.

SECTION 11 - FEEDBACK

By submitting feedback, reviews, or suggestions (“Feedback”), you grant Renuox Oil a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, modify, distribute, and exploit such Feedback for any purpose, including commercial use, without compensation or obligation to maintain confidentiality. You warrant that your Feedback is lawful, does not infringe third-party rights, and complies with these Terms. We may monitor, edit, or remove Feedback deemed unlawful or objectionable at our sole discretion.

SECTION 12 - ERRORS, INACCURACIES, AND OMISSIONS

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the Services (e.g., product descriptions, pricing, or availability) at any time without notice, even after an order is placed. We may cancel orders affected by such errors without liability.

SECTION 13 - PROHIBITED USES

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes. Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to: (a) engaging in unlawful or malicious activities; (b) violating any laws or regulations; (c) infringing intellectual property rights; (d) harassing or harming others; (e) transmitting false or misleading information; (f) sending spam or unsolicited promotions; (g) impersonating others; (h) uploading malicious code; or (i) interfering with the Services’ security or functionality. We may terminate your access to the Services at our sole discretion, without notice or liability, for any reason, including non-compliance with these Terms. You remain liable for all amounts due up to the date of termination. Sections 6, 9, 10, 11, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, and any provisions that by their nature survive termination will remain in effect.

SECTION 15 - DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Services and all products are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that products will meet your expectations. Some jurisdictions, including Ontario, may limit warranty disclaimers, but such limitations will be applied only to the minimum extent required by law.

SECTION 16 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by Ontario law, Renuox Oil, its affiliates, Shopify, and their respective directors, officers, employees, or agents will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages (including lost profits, revenue, or data) arising from your use of the Services or products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to cease using the Services.

SECTION 17 - INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Renuox Oil, Shopify, and their affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or liabilities (including legal fees) arising from: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your violation of any law or third-party rights; or (c) your use of the Services. We may control the defense of any indemnifiable claim at your expense, and you will cooperate fully in such defense.

SECTION 18 - SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, it will be severed to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

SECTION 19 - WAIVER; ENTIRE AGREEMENT

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver. These Terms, along with any referenced policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and Renuox Oil, superseding all prior agreements.

SECTION 20 - ASSIGNMENT

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under them without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer these Terms without notice or consent.

SECTION 21 - GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ontario, and you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

SECTION 22 - HEADINGS

Headings are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of these Terms.

SECTION 23 - CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE

We may update these Terms at our sole discretion by posting changes on our website. Material changes will be effective upon posting or as required by Ontario law. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
